Free Shipping in 48 States
Telesto Products, LLC offers FREE SHIPPING on all products and all quantities of products to all locations in the continuous 48 states of the USA. If you need to ship outside the continuous 48 states of the USA, please contact us at info@telestoproducts.com and we will arrange shipping at a competitive fee for you. We have access to competitive shipping avenues and will respond to your emails promptly regarding any shipping requests.
Specifically, our FREE SHIPPING policy includes free delivery in our local service area, standard UPS package delivery or standard “dock to dock” LTL delivery service via our carrier of choice. Extra shipping features such as lift-gates, call ahead, appointment necessary, scheduled delivery or similar non-standard shipping requirements do require extra charges. We will call or email you before shipping if these extra charges apply to your order. These extra charges are rare.

we deliver to your door using our local delivery trucks. Delivery is guaranteed to occur withing 1-6 business days from your order, depending on the schedule of our delivery routes. If you need local deliveries sooner than 6 business days guaranteed, give us a call at (615) 434-2318 or email us at info@telestoproducts.com and we let you know if or how we can get it to you sooner. Don’t hesitate to call us if this is the case.
For all other free shipments (meaning those outside the zipcodes listed above) we primarily use UPS Ground Shipping (arrival in 2-7 business days) for orders of 1-12 items. We may use UPS Ground for larger orders, or we may use less than truckload shipping for orders that are full or partial pallet sized.
For 1-12 cases shipped UPS Ground (arrival in 2-7 business days) we will ship same day Monday through Friday for all orders placed by 2 PM Central Standard Time. Any orders received after 2 PM CST will ship next business day. For pallet or partial pallet shipments we will ship next business day. These shipping times could vary with inclement weather if UPS in not picking up on a given business day. Weather delays are rare in our area but have happened.

Expedited Shipping Options:
If you need your order expedited, please email us at info@telestoproducts.com. We have the following two options available for expedited shipping at an additional fee which depends on the size of the order. We will respond to your email promptly.

Covid-19 Update: On rare occasions we have experienced shipping delays due to the pandemic. We will keep you informed in the case delays do occur. Currently we are not experiencing delays due to the pandemic.
Weather Related Shipping Delays: On rare occasions we have experienced shipping delays due to inclement weather. We will keep you informed if your order is delayed due to weather.
