Refund policy

Before Returning Product, please email us at info@telestoproducts.com. Include your company name and phone number.  We will provide you with a Return Material Authorization number (RMA) and the address where you can ship returned items.

Once you have the RMA number, we will accept products for exchange or return within 30 days of delivery, as long as the product is returned in the condition in which it was shipped.  The type of product and amount should match what was shipped. We will credit your account for the amount of purchase within one billing cycle.

Products that are not received within 30 days of delivery will not be accepted or credited.

UPS Shipping fees for returned items must be prepaid by you. DO NOT use USPS to ship returned items. ONLY use UPS. If you have questions, please contact us at info@telestoproducts.com.  We are committed to respond to your emails promptly.  Also, include a company name and phone number. Thank you!
